About the position

The Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) at T-Mobile Premium Retailer - TCC Wireless plays a crucial role in connecting customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced retail environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering relationships with both customers and team members. The RAM is responsible for achieving performance metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provides world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
  • Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
  • Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all business channels.
  • Assists store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains store appearance and cleanliness according to retail standards.
  • Explores customer needs through thoughtful questions and supports service activations, changes, and bill payments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
