The Soft Home Bedding Coordinator is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. This role ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Coordinator will model exceptional customer service and create a positive internal and external customer experience. They will orchestrate truck delivery, prioritize the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, and train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles. Additionally, the Coordinator will ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
