Responsibilities

- Pack and unpack shipments to maintain product flow.
- Organize the stock room to support smooth store operations.
- Lead by example and manage conflict within the team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
