About the position

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Human Resources Generalist to provide essential HR support for the facility's Human Resources Director. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization. The HR Generalist will be involved in recruiting for vacant positions, coordinating and conducting employee orientations, and organizing employee activities and in-services. Additionally, the position requires performing general clerical duties, inputting employee changes into the HR software, and providing onboarding for new hires. Maintaining employee and education files, assisting with recruiting fairs, and managing the HR office in the absence of the Human Resources Director are also key responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business or a related field is required, along with at least three years of experience in Human Resources. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent clerical and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and effective time management skills.
