About the position

The Database Developer role focuses on building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications using Oracle technologies. The position requires strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, with responsibilities including the development of data models, stored procedures, and performance tuning. The role emphasizes collaboration and communication within an Agile project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Create new procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and SQL*Loader scripts.
• Modify existing codes, tables, views, and SQL*Loader scripts.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, and database triggers.
• Create database tables and write database triggers based on business rules.
• Develop triggers and packages to manage session data.
• Debug defects related to business logic implementation.
• Perform performance tuning of programs and processes.
• Participate in Agile project methodologies.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in building large scale enterprise applications using Oracle.
• Expert knowledge in PL/SQL programming and SQL reporting.
• Experience in creating and modifying database objects such as procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.

• Experience with data migration.
