About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Franklin Templeton is responsible for leading high-impact projects that align with the organization's strategic vision. The position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects for Franklin Templeton, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as the single point of accountability for planning, directing, and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Manage project schedules, iterations, and budgets, monitoring initiatives through to completion.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and communities of practice for project professionals.
• Encourage programs to focus on rapid value delivery using Agile practices.
• Tailor communication to various audiences, from team discussions to executive presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of related technology project management experience.
• Agile certification (Certified Disciplined Agilist or Practitioner or Scrum certifications).
• Practical Agile delivery experience.
• Experience working in a large-scale multinational firm, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
