As a Fuel Attendant at Sunoco, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service at our gas stations. Your primary mission will be to ensure that customers have a friendly, safe, and enjoyable experience while receiving fuel and related services. Responsibilities
- Providing assistance to customers by filling gas tanks, washing windshields, and checking engine oil and washer fluid.
- Following all credit card, money order, and check cashing policies.
- Looking for and eliminating safety hazards and reporting unsafe acts or conditions to management.
- Preparing shift reports required by management.
Requirements
- Customer service skills are essential.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly/handcart for heavier items.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Retail experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
