- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce stress from last-minute changes.
- Ensure that data is tracked and verified appropriately and promptly.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in dispatching is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in writing and communication skills.
- Experience with TMW Suite is preferred.
