About the position
The Montessori Early Years Teacher position in Shaoxing, China, is a full-time role focused on providing quality education to young children using the Montessori method. Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging Montessori lesson plans for early years education.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for children.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
- TEFL/TESL certification required.
- At least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience.
- Montessori experience preferred.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with diverse classrooms.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
