About the position

The Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in the operations of HSN's fulfillment center, directly impacting customer satisfaction by efficiently handling various warehouse tasks. This position involves operating equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely processing of customer orders in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate elevated lift equipment and various types of forklifts to fulfill customer orders.
• Assist with arrivals or unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and returning orders.
• Perform cycle counting of bins and solve problems related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while working in the fulfillment center.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a full shift and overtime as needed.
• Read and take verbal direction in English.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand/walk for up to 10 hours and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, twisting, grasping, and reaching.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate a non-elevated forklift and powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 40 feet and using PIT equipment that may reach elevations of 60-80 feet while wearing a safety harness.
• Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and a positive contribution to a professional work environment.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fulfillment center environment.

Benefits

• Starting pay at $16.50 per hour with a 2nd shift differential of $2.00 per hour for hours worked from 5pm to 4:59am.
