About the position
The Fulfillment Center Picker/Packer position involves selecting and packing products in a distribution warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, especially during peak holiday seasons.
Responsibilities
- Pick the required products, verifying items using UPC codes
- Operate RF gun during order picking process
- Move throughout the Fulfillment Center for the majority of the shift
- Ensure items are scanned into the computer system at the end of the picking process
- Maintain excellent safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse
Requirements
- 6+ months of warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to meet physical demands involving extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Perform verbal and/or written instructions
