Fulfillment Lead

As Legacybox's Fulfillment Team Lead, you'll set the tone and drive performance of our Fulfillment department, containing up to 10 workstations. You'll lead a team to hit our quality and efficiency goals including ensuring they have the tools they need to do their best work. You will also relay opportunities to improve our customer's and employee's experience. You are passionate about delighting and helping people. You're self-motivated, organized and a natural leader.
