About the position

As Legacybox's Fulfillment Team Lead, you'll set the tone and drive performance of our Fulfillment department, containing up to 10 workstations. You'll lead a team to hit our quality and efficiency goals including ensuring they have the tools they need to do their best work. You will also relay opportunities to improve our customer's and employee's experience. You are passionate about delighting and helping people. You're self-motivated, organized and a natural leader.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of our fulfillment department
• Consistently hit department goals including but not limited to: orders fulfilled, quality, fulfillment time, fulfillment queue size
• Ship wholesale orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Lead a team of Fulfillment Technicians
• Onboard, train, and coach your team to hit our quality and efficiency goals
• Ensure your team has the adequate tools to do their best work
• Correctly diagnose roadblocks and remove
• Root solve recurring issues
• Set the tone for the team; professionalism, reliability, process, proficiency
• Ensure fulfillment has everything it needs to hit our overall goals
• Perform level 0 printer and software maintenance (can be completed in <3 min)
• Follow printer instructions to clear jams and blockages
• Remove and load common consumable supplies like paper, toner, drums, and staples
• Grasp basics of the printer software to be able to move jobs, assign paper types to trays, and monitor the printer
• Communicate advanced error messages with the supervisor
• Relay supply needs to the purchasing team and ensure the delivery of the supplies
• Relay opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences in an accurate, concise, and timely manner to your manager
• Perform other tasks as assigned
