About The Position
The Fulfillment Operations Coordinator position is responsible for the coordination of laboratory work and other ancillary services performed by Signify Health providers. This position includes (but is not limited to) maintaining the daily operation of the lab program and other diagnostic and preventive service programs such as bone density testing, diabetic eye exams, and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). The position ensures effective operation of all ancillary services by providing primary support to clinical providers, internal staff at Signify Health, and by providing timely telephonic communications to members. In order to achieve timely communication, the position will leverage reporting, maintain call logs and reconciliation records and spend 50-90% of the work day on the phone outreaching to members and/or clinicians. This role will report to our Fulfillment Manager, Network Operations. This is a hybrid role. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of our Dallas Headquarters located at 4055 Valley View Ln, Dallas, TX 75244.
