About the position

The Fulfillment Solutions Phone Specialist at Regions is responsible for initiating transactions for the bank's products and services through direct calls and referrals. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, account management, and achieving performance targets while working in a hybrid environment after an initial training period of 90 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Open and fund new accounts for customers via phone and internet channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions within set standards.
• Advise, guide, and educate customers on the full range of bank products and services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly performance targets for quality assurance and efficiency.
• Utilize inbound/outbound telephone techniques to build client relationships.
• Complete all required documentation to process customer transactions.
• Follow through on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of experience in customer service/sales.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Experience in banking and/or finance.
• Ability to work in a team environment when applicable.
• Ability to work under direct guidance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
