Fulfillment Specialist

About the position

As a Full-time Fulfillment Specialist at Fastenal, you will be responsible for delivering inventory solutions and managing the company's vending program. This role involves making deliveries, replenishing inventory, and maintaining equipment, all while providing excellent customer service. You will work a dynamic local route, ensuring customer needs are met daily.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen and background check
