About the position
The Fulfillment Specialist position at Cascadia Grower's Association involves working in various roles related to Conversion & Packaging and Order Fulfillment. The role requires flexibility as responsibilities may change daily or weekly, focusing on the accurate handling and packaging of cannabis products.
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh, count, assemble, and package various forms of cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates.
- Assemble packaging materials and apply labels accurately and timely.
- Perform basic Quality Assurance of all finished goods to ensure 100% compliance.
- Pull stock, sticker containers, build orders, bin orders, and close all work orders with great accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of first interview.
- Have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work, Monday through Friday.
