About the position

The Fulfillment Support Supervisor at Bloomingdale's is responsible for leading a team that manages the fulfillment process for online customer orders. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of colleagues in the fulfillment process for online customer orders.
  • Drive fulfillment best practices and ensure store productivity compliance.
  • Teach packing policies and techniques to ensure quality delivery of packages.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure processes are adhered to.
  • Embrace and utilize technology in the fulfillment process.
  • Participate in other support functions and assist in-store customers as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
