About the position

The Fulfillment Team Leader at Wild Fork Foods is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring that all online orders are processed and shipped efficiently while maintaining high service levels. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team, monitor workflow, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a cold work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards
• Meet department's daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Track KPIs and hold team accountable to key results
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires
• Coach and support new and existing associates
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
• Pick and pack products to fulfill orders
• Perform daily cycle counts for high ticket items
• Operate an electric pallet jack to transport product
• Ensure orders are completed, loaded, and shipped that same day
• Ensure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines
• Act as the fulfillment center representative and set an example for employees
• Execute other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Supervising experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting preferred
• Strong understanding of logistics
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to business needs
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing
• Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment supervisory experience
• Systems capabilities in SAP Order Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
