About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, materials handling, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures, with flexible hours available.

Responsibilities

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including sorting, packing, and organizing products within the warehouse.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols at all times while performing duties, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of materials handling techniques and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations.
