About the position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of the accounting process. This part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time role, focusing on ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit data in Quickbooks Desktop and QB Online software
  • Create financial statements for clients
  • Perform reconciliation of bank and credit card transactions
  • Manage sales tax compliance with state regulations
  • Utilize basic Excel for bookkeeping tasks
  • Handle general bookkeeping duties including GAAP, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Balance Sheet, and General Ledger (GL)

Requirements

  • Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and QB Online software
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Proficiency in general bookkeeping tasks
  • Ability to reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Familiarity with sales tax regulations
  • Basic Excel skills
