Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for multiple clients.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Conduct initial reviews of financial statements and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax returns.
• File annual personal property tax declarations.
• Prepare 1099 forms.
• Reconcile payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software, including downloading transactions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Windows Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat.
