  • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant role within the Asset Management industry
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
  • Strong skills in Accounts Payable (AP) management
  • Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
