About the position

The Full Charge Bookkeeper with Admin role is designed for an experienced individual to manage daily bookkeeping functions for a business-to-business wholesaler. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and tools, as well as the ability to handle payroll, financial reporting, and inventory transactions. The role is part-time, with the potential for additional hours, and is not remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping functions including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle payroll processing using Gusto imports.
  • Prepare financial reports and balance reports.
  • Conduct inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with insurance audits and collaborate with the CPA firm.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive.
  • Experience with payroll reporting and financial reporting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with Gusto for payroll processing.
