Responsibilities

• Manage 12-15 Accounts Expertly & Independently
• Practice Management Software Experience Preferred
• Manage Support Staff in Deadline Driven Environment w/a Sense of Humor
• Analyze Financial Statements w/Ability to Discern & Communicate Outliers
• Supervise Bank/Credit Card & Payroll Reconciliations w/Accountability for Process
• Develop & Maintain Meaningful Client Relationships
• Prepare Multi-State Sales & Payroll Tax Returns & 1099s

Requirements

• College Degree Required
• Minimum Four (4) Years QuickBooks Experience (Desktop & Online Preferred)
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Management Required
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Must Have Top Tier Customer Service Skills with both Clients and Outside Vendors
• Self-Starter w/Advanced Ability to Prioritize & Multitask a Variety of Accounts and Projects
• Strong Time Management Skills for Self & Team
• Impressive Attention to Detail
• Ability to Manage Support Staff While Maintaining Our Teams Vibe
• Only Candidates w/Experience Managing Multiple Accounts in a Fast-Paced Environment Who Thrive w/Minimal Supervision Will Be Considered
