We are currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our company and ensuring that our accounting practices are in line with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, managing the general ledger, and entering subsidiary ledgers into the general ledger. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.
• Enter subsidiary ledgers into the general ledger as needed.
• Assist in monthly accounting close processes to ensure timely reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in reconciliations and journal entries.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations.
• Ability to manage monthly accounting close processes.
