Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and banking activities
• Handle accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
• Perform credit card reconciliation
• Prepare regular internal accounting reports
• Conduct job costing and insurance policy management
• Administer HR and benefits
• Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis
• File taxes accurately and timely, including payroll and state taxes
• Compile and produce financial reports for leadership
• Manage office operations and customer service tasks
• Oversee CRM management and client interactions
• Maintain office supplies and manage calendars
• Plan events and assist ownership as needed

Requirements

• Education in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 5 years experience using QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise
• In-house payroll processing experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and efficient
