About the position

The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices, and providing monthly financial reports to ownership. Responsibilities

  • Organizing and paying monthly bills
  • Entering payroll from Paychex into Quickbooks Online
  • Entering daily collections into Quickbooks Online
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts
  • Monthly P&L reporting to ownership

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks (desktop or enterprise)
