About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and demonstrate proficiency in double entry bookkeeping. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle all aspects of bookkeeping, from accounts payable to balance sheet reconciliation, while utilizing financial software such as Quickbooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of customer invoices
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis regularly
• Manage payroll for all employees
• Assist in budgeting processes and provide insights into financial performance
• Generate financial reports and statements for management review

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts
• Proficiency in using financial software and various accounting apps
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
