Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting functions for personal and business accounts.
• Manage 6-8 QuickBooks desktop files, including month-end financial statements.

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or Associate degree in Accounting with relevant experience.
• Ten years of accounting experience, preferably in a small business, real estate office, or property management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (Version 16) and advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and conversations.
