Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Accounts Payable process, ensuring that AP processes are followed, approvals are done, and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Conduct inventory production postings of work in progress and finished goods.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other month-end duties.
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations and commission processing.
  • Handle fixed assets and intercompany transfers.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • 3 years of experience in Bank Reconciliations.
  • 3 years of experience with Fixed Assets.
