About the position
The Full Charge Bookkeeper at Safa Goods LLC is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, implementing QuickBooks Online, and supporting the accounting team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and resolving complex accounting issues.
Responsibilities
- Help with the implementation of QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile transactions such as bank statements, inventory control, clearing, billings, etc.
- Organize, analyze, and maintain financial records
- Handle projects assigned by Controller
- Analyze and resolve complex accounting, reporting, and process issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in a Bookkeeper and/or Staffing Accountant role
- 5+ years' experience working in QuickBooks online
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently to complete daily tasks assigned in allotted time frame
