About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts based on financial data.
• Assist in implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in full charge bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts is essential.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and financial report writing is preferred.
• Familiarity with various financial software applications, particularly QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
