About the position

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage the financial records for multiple clients across various industries within a well-established CPA firm. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks, who will work closely with the team to enhance client management and propose innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Enter transactions into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Record payroll entries and manage accounts receivable & payable journals.
• Process bill payments and complete bank reconciliations.
• Review and analyze balance sheets and income statements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages.
• Compile annual packages for tax filing.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Working knowledge of GAAP standards and principles.
• Experience with Bill.com and Accounts Payable is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience.
