About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and will involve a variety of accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, performing double entry bookkeeping, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Execute bank reconciliation on a regular basis to verify account balances.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Engage in technical accounting practices to support various financial operations.
• Assist with governmental accounting requirements as needed.
• Utilize Sage software for efficient account management and reporting.
• Conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
