About the position
The Full Charge Bookkeeper at Addlife, Inc. is responsible for managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices. This role involves handling accounts payable, producing financial reports, and maintaining both digital and hard file records. The position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Record, track, and pay all invoices (AP)
- Produce Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Act as CPA liaison for taxes
- Maintain digital and hard file records
- Communicate with vendors
- Research accounts for balance adjustments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliation and billing
- Generate reports to show income and expense trends
- Assist with AR reconciliation, though not responsible for AR or payroll
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
