About the position

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage client invoices and bills
  • Regularly monitor and manage multiple bookkeeping accounts
  • Perform end-of-year journal entries and liaise with tax professionals
  • Reconcile payments through bank statements and implement creative bill paying strategies
  • Maintain and update individual account records for each client
  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for efficient bookkeeping
  • Perform accounting functions such as Cash Flow Analysis and Annual Budget
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping for multiple sets of books
  • Collect fees from individual accounts and manage invoicing processes
  • Utilize QuickBooks for efficient and effective bookkeeping.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform all Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to prepare Annual Budget
