About the position

The Full Charge Bookkeeper at Nexus Global Ltd is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and financial record-keeping. This includes handling daily financial transactions, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and manage invoicing
  • Prepare payroll and ensure tax compliance
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
  • Assist with tax filings and work with external auditors
  • Provide financial analysis and cash flow management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience (full charge)
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
