The Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Agostino & Associates is a critical role responsible for managing the billing, bookkeeping, and accounting functions of the firm. The position involves managing vendor payments and accounts payable, as well as data entry for cash receipts and disbursements. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for processing credit card transactions, reconciling bank statements, and making bank deposits for both operating and IOLTA accounts. Additionally, the role includes handling payroll, insurance matters, and providing monthly financial reports to the firm owner. Coordination with the firm's accountants for tax return preparation is also a key responsibility.
