Responsibilities

• Utilize software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial transactions and generate reports
• Handle all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and timely management of all financial deadlines
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy of financial statements
• Manage full-cycle payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
• Perform full charge bookkeeping duties, including preparing financial statements and reports
• Maintain and update all accounting records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account status and resolve any issues that arise
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes to accounting rules and regulations

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to execute comprehensive accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper is advantageous
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Skilled at Journal Entries
• Experience with Payroll for up to 100 employees
