The Full-Cycle Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete payroll process for approximately 300 employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax filings and deductions.
• Maintain secure payroll records, handling employee data with the utmost discretion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to align payroll with benefits, compensation, and operational goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both within the team and with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
