About the position

Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our dedicated team in Golden Valley, MN. This role is essential in supporting our family of businesses that provide quality healthcare services, including nursing, therapy, home health aide, and PCA jobs/services to residents across 21 Minnesota counties. With over 30 years of experience as a locally-owned, Medicare-certified home health agency, we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering the best care to our clients in their homes and facilities. The Full-Cycle Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding healthcare professionals, ensuring that we have the right talent to meet the needs of our clients. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing candidates to interviewing and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and refine our hiring processes. Your contributions will help us improve our collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures across multiple companies and departments. We are looking for someone who is not only driven and energetic but also possesses strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals. A background in Communications, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition environment. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred, and we highly value military experience, encouraging veterans and transitioning service members to apply. Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
  • Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
  • Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
  • Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
  • A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal
  • Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
