About the position

As a Full Desk Recruiter at CyberCoders, you will have the unique opportunity to manage your own recruiting desk in a fully remote environment. This position allows you to build your own book of business while utilizing your lead generation skills and our advanced proprietary tools to attract new clients. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships, making you the primary point of contact for both parties. This role is designed for highly motivated individuals who are eager to succeed in a sales-driven environment, with the potential to earn a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions, leading to first-year earnings averaging between $80,000 and $120,000. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own book of business as a Full Desk Recruiter.
  • Utilize lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
  • Source and recruit top talent using proprietary systems and tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Write professional emails and create engaging job advertisements.
  • Participate in ongoing career training and mentorship programs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Eager to build a career in recruiting, not just find another job.
  • Resourceful and inquisitive, with strong research skills.
  • Ability to write professional emails and catchy job ads.
  • Motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technical recruiting.
  • Background in business development or B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and account management.
  • Knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes.
  • Experience with cold calling.
