This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a B2B sales environment and are comfortable with the dynamics of agency recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from hunting for new clients to placing candidates in open positions. Our proprietary software will streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on building strong client relationships and making successful placements. In this role, you will be expected to actively prospect for new clients, utilizing various tools and techniques to identify potential leads. Building meaningful relationships with hiring managers is crucial, as you will need to understand their needs and fill their open positions effectively. You will engage in cold calling to reach out to new prospects and will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the positions you are filling. The process is cyclical, and you will be expected to repeat these steps to maintain a steady flow of placements.
