About the position

The Executive Search Consultant at KDS will lead full-desk recruitment efforts, focusing on both client acquisition and candidate placement. This role involves managing a personal book of business, developing marketing strategies to attract new clients, and overseeing the entire recruitment process from candidate engagement to job offer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and business development, with a focus on expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your own book of business of new and existing clients and candidates
• Creating drip marketing campaigns to expand our footprint and develop new clients
• Identify candidates utilizing a variety of recruiting tools, referrals and networking
• Managing the entire candidate process from engagement to offer
• Handling the account management process from beginning to end

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency setting
• 3+ years of business development experience in an agency
• Ability to leverage your previous relationships in any industry
• Highly relationship driven and ethical
• Ability to work from our office in Westwood, NJ 07675
