About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Desk IT Recruiter / Tech Recruiter who is also skilled in sales to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of recruitment expertise and sales acumen to effectively identify, engage, and place IT professionals while driving business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions across multiple levels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills and cultural fit for clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to placement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Present recruitment services to potential clients, showcasing our value proposition.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full desk IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape, including current technologies and job roles.
• Sales experience, preferably in a recruitment or staffing context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
