About the position

The Full or Part Time Caregiver/Medtech position at Village Green Retirement Campus involves providing compassionate care to elderly adults in an assisted living community. The role requires certified nursing assistants (CNA) or home care aides (HCA) to work primarily on weekends, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules. The ideal candidates will have the necessary certifications and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly residents
• Administer medications as a Med Tech
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Participate in training and development programs as required

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification
• Current Washington State Certification
• Active CPR/First Aid Card
• Active Food Handler's Card
• HIV/AIDS training certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

Nice-to-haves
