About the position

The Full/Part-Time Sales Associate at Beyond O2 Water is responsible for promoting health and wellness through the sale of high-end alkaline water and related products in a welcoming boutique environment. The role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and maintaining store cleanliness while fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere among team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process card payments for customers filling water.
• Learn about products and services to effectively sell and inform customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including handling trash and shipment breakdowns, and perform some administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Positive and loving attitude with a focus on longevity in the role.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds occasionally.
• Creative and energetic individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient PC user with skills in Windows, Basic Excel, and MS Word.
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
• Previous sales experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Santa Monica store.
• Reliable and flexible with working hours, demonstrating integrity and follow-through.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
