About the position

The Full Stack API Developer is responsible for writing and maintaining software programs that control computer systems, including operating systems, networked systems, and database systems. This role involves creating software platforms and fine-tuning programs post-development to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements, and resolve customer problems.
• Advise customers about, or perform, maintenance of software systems.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures.
• Inform customers or other departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.
• Direct software programming and development of documentation.

Requirements

• High School Degree and Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Java API Developer.
• Experience in Financial Services.
• Proficiency in REST API, Java, Springboot, and Agile methodologies.
