About the position

The Full Stack Cloud Developer role at L&T Technology Services involves contributing to all stages of product development and deployment in a fast-paced, agile environment. The position requires technical leadership, collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective Azure cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle.
• Drive detailed design and implementation in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and recommend best practices, systems, and architectures.
• Participate in code reviews and create documentation on engineering and cross-functional practices.
• Translate requirements/vision into a prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and isolate software problems, offering strategic solutions and analysis for future development.
• Deliver value through a strong collaborative approach spanning many teams across geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Science or STEM Majors.
• 8+ years of design, development, and deployment of application software, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Experience with at least one back-end web technology, such as Java, .Net, or Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with database and persistence technologies including SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Knowledge of Microservices, server-less technologies, and other architectures.
• Experience with designing and deploying applications in a cloud-based environment.
• Familiarity with Docker or other container technologies.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Azure cloud solutions.
• Experience in configuring environments such as development, test, staging, and production.
