About the position

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our team in Boston. This role requires both backend and frontend development skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication. The ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of both server-side and client-side technologies. The position is onsite, and candidates must be willing to participate in face-to-face interviews. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that the applications are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable. Your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using both frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
